Effective October 5, 2026. COMI SDN. BHD. operates comi.

What we collect

We collect only what comi needs to prepare a reading:

• Email address, for your account. We do not send marketing email.
• Date, time, and city of birth, to calculate your chart.
• Building facing, from the compass, for a Flying Stars chart.
• Room dimensions, from the LiDAR scan, for a room reading.
• A site location, when you confirm a place. Precise coordinates are sent once to compute that reading. They are not stored in our database and are not added to usage analytics. If you have added your birth details, your personal directions are sent with the same request so the reading can include them. The land reading does not save those either.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use advertising identifiers or tracking pixels.
• We do not share personal information for marketing.

How it is used

• To sign you in, with Apple or with email and a password.
• To calculate and show your chart, your day, and a place reading.
• To keep that chart on your phone between sessions.

Where it lives

• Supabase stores the account and the readings you ask for. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Your iPhone keeps a local copy of your chart and settings.
• Sentry receives anonymized crash reports, with no personal details.

Terrain for land readings uses Copernicus DEM GLO-30. Map features are prepared from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors). A reading does not query those services live.

Sign in with Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an email address, or the private relay address Apple provides. We do not receive your Apple ID password or payment details.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while the account is open. When you delete the account in Settings, we remove the associated data from our servers within 30 days. You can clear the copy on your phone at any time with Clear All Data.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold.
• Delete the account inside the app.
• Enter birth details again if they need correcting.

Children

comi is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
